  • Where are we based and what areas do we cover?
    We are based in Bromham, Bedforshire, but we cover London and all of it's surrounding areas. We’ve chosen not to have a physical office to provide greater flexibility, reduce overhead costs, and offer more personalized services. This approach allows us to focus our resources on delivering high-quality design solutions directly to your space.
  • What services do we offer?
    We offer a wide range of services, from creating custom pieces for your home to designing and managing entire projects. Please jump to services section for more details.
  • How are our services priced? Do we require depoit and what payment methods do we accept?
    We offer a transparent fee structure, provided to clients after a comprehensive site survey. On average, our design services range from £1000-2000 + VAT per room, encompassing all stages detailed on our services page, except for project management, which is billed at an hourly rate. Any additional services not included in the initial fee proposal will also be charged at an hourly rate. Our custom piece design service is priced based on the complexity of the item and the level of detailing required. Deposit: we typically require a deposit to begin the design process. The amount will be outlined in our initial agreement. Payment stages will also be outlined in a fees proposal. Payment method: BACS payments
  • Do we offer virtual design service?
    Yes, we do. However, clients should be aware that they will be fully responsible for the measurements they provide. While bespoke joinery will be measured by our joiners, clients must guide them on what to measure, highlighting any sockets, skirting boards, and other restrictions.
  • Can we incorporate existing furniture?
    Absolutely! We can incorporate your existing furniture into the new design and suggest complementary pieces to enhance your space.
  • How long does a typical project take?
    The timeline for a project can vary based on its size and complexity. The design stage for a full house typically takes a minimum of three months, which aligns with the usual waiting time for contractor availability. Custom-made pieces have a lead time of approximately 12-14 weeks, including delivery.
  • Do we handle renovations?
    Yes, we can manage renovation projects, including working with contractors ( yours or ours) and overseeing the construction process. We also have a list of recommended architects and structural engineers if required.
